The Brewery

Broken City Brewing is a craft brewery that prefers the production of modern beers, more similar to American beers, with a wise use of hops to bring out the aromas and tastes. The brewery is located in the Davesco - Soragno district of the city of Lugano, Switzerland.

Since the beginnings of craft beer in the 1970s, different styles of beer have found fertile ground in the United States, from traditional European styles to more innovative beers with more intense aromas and tastes.

The distinctiveness of many American craft beers is due to locally grown hops since the 1970s which are of considerable importance to the flavor of American Pale Ale (APA) and American India Pale Ales. American beers can deviate greatly from traditional styles, as they are more robust beers, with strong resinous and exotic fruit aromas.

We follow this philosophy by experimenting with these styles with new visions that emphasize the aromas and flavors of various hops.

In our assortment we offer a series of beers present throughout the year and special beers present in particular periods.
